Biological olive oil: our criteria
Since we believe that biological products should undergo the same quality checks as conventional products, we have applied our conventional extra olive oil procedures to our biological products as well.

Strict control of harvesting time: the olive fruit does not exceed the specific maturing stage.
Private olive mills, olive grove knowledge and rational organisation: this combination guarantees organisation from the moment production starts (when the olives are picked) until the olive oil is stored.
